Privacy Policy

Last updated: 3 October 2026

Auto-Dealer24 is committed to protecting your personal data and respecting your privacy.

This Privacy Policy explains how personal data is collected and processed when you visit an Auto-Dealer24 website, contact us, request a demonstration, register your interest in Auto-Dealer24, become a customer, use an Auto-Dealer24 account, or otherwise interact directly with Auto-Dealer24.

It also explains how personal data may be shared with authorized Auto-Dealer24 distribution partners in the country you select.

1. Who is responsible for Auto-Dealer24?

Auto-Dealer24 is developed, operated and owned by:

Sofmar Traicon Ltd 10 Stefan Karadzha Str., Floor 3-4 Sredets District Sofia, Bulgaria VAT: BG-205.520.042 Website: auto-dealer24.com Privacy contact: info@trai-con.eu

Sofmar Traicon Ltd is responsible for the Auto-Dealer24 platform, its intellectual property and the operation of the Auto-Dealer24 website and SaaS infrastructure.

For the processing activities described in this Privacy Policy, Sofmar Traicon Ltd generally acts as the data controller, except where we explicitly state otherwise.

2. Local Auto-Dealer24 distribution partners

Auto-Dealer24 is commercially represented in selected countries through authorized local distribution partners.

These partners may provide services such as sales, product demonstrations, onboarding, local commercial support and customer relationship management.

When you select a country on our website and submit a demo request, contact request or similar enquiry, we may provide your information to the authorized Auto-Dealer24 distribution partner responsible for that country.

The relevant partner will be identified to you on the Contact page before you submit your request whenever a local distributor is active.

Your selected country, rather than the language in which you use the website, determines which local commercial team receives your request.

For example, a person using the Dutch-language website who selects Belgium will be routed to the Belgian Auto-Dealer24 partner rather than automatically to the Netherlands.

3. Personal data we collect

Depending on how you interact with Auto-Dealer24, we may collect information such as your name, dealership or company name, business email address, telephone number, job or business role, selected country, preferred language, dealership size or number of vehicles, products or functions you are interested in, messages or information you provide to us, demo and sales history, account information, support communications and billing or contractual information.

When you use our websites or online services, we may also process technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, timestamps, requested pages, security logs and cookie or consent information.

If you become an Auto-Dealer24 customer, we may process information necessary to create and administer your organization, users, subscription, billing, support relationship and access to the platform.

5. Demo requests and contact enquiries

When you request a demonstration or contact Auto-Dealer24, we may ask for information such as your name, dealership, business email address, telephone number, dealership size, country, areas of interest and any message you choose to provide.

We use this information to understand your request, prepare an appropriate response or demonstration, discuss Auto-Dealer24 with you and manage the resulting commercial relationship.

If an authorized Auto-Dealer24 distributor operates in the country you select, the information necessary to handle your enquiry may be shared with that distributor.

For countries where no local distributor is active yet, the enquiry may instead be handled by Sofmar Traicon Ltd.

We do not determine your commercial territory purely from your website language.

If approximate location or IP information is used to suggest a country, it is only a suggestion and you remain able to select the appropriate country yourself.

6. Personal data processed inside the Auto-Dealer24 platform

This Privacy Policy primarily describes personal data that Auto-Dealer24 processes for its own purposes, such as website visitors, prospects, customer contacts and Auto-Dealer24 account users.

Auto-Dealer24 customers may also use the SaaS platform to process personal data relating to their own leads, customers, employees or other contacts.

For example, a dealership may store an interested buyer's name, contact details, vehicle enquiry, notes and follow-up information in Auto-Dealer24's Leads & CRM functionality.

For this type of customer-controlled data, the respective dealership generally determines why that data is collected and how it is used. Where Sofmar Traicon Ltd processes such personal data solely on behalf of the dealership, the relationship is governed by the applicable customer agreement and Data Processing Agreement (DPA).

Dealership customers are responsible for providing their own customers and leads with any privacy information required for the dealership's processing activities.

7. Who we may share personal data with

We may disclose personal data where reasonably necessary to organizations that help us provide and operate Auto-Dealer24.

This can include the authorized Auto-Dealer24 distributor for your selected market; infrastructure and hosting providers; email and business communication providers; CRM and customer-support systems; payment, invoicing and accounting providers; analytics or website-service providers where permitted by your cookie choices; technical and security providers; professional advisers such as accountants and lawyers; and public authorities where disclosure is legally required.

Where a service provider processes personal data only on our behalf, we require appropriate contractual and data-protection safeguards.

Where another organization processes personal data for its own purposes as an independent controller, that organization is responsible for its own processing activities and privacy obligations.

8. International data transfers

Sofmar Traicon Ltd is established within the European Union, and the initial Auto-Dealer24 distribution markets are also within the EU.

However, some technology or service providers used to operate Auto-Dealer24 may process information outside the European Economic Area.

Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA, we use an appropriate transfer mechanism where required, such as an adequacy decision or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, together with additional safeguards where appropriate.

9. How long we keep personal data

We keep personal data only for as long as it is reasonably required for the purpose for which it was collected, and where necessary to meet contractual, accounting, tax, security or legal obligations.

10. Cookies and similar technologies

Auto-Dealer24 may use cookies and similar technologies for purposes such as website operation, authentication, security, remembering user preferences and measuring website usage.

Strictly necessary technologies may be used where required for the website or service to function.

Non-essential analytics, advertising or similar technologies should only be activated according to the visitor's consent choices where consent is required.

Information about optional technologies, including their provider, purpose and duration, should be made available before you are asked to consent.

Visitors should be able to accept or refuse optional cookie categories and later change their choices.

The functional preference cookies ad24_market and ad24_language remember only the market and language you explicitly choose, for 180 days. Country suggestions do not set these cookies. They use Secure on HTTPS and SameSite=Lax. You can change your choice through the selectors or remove these cookies in your browser. Country-level suggestions use CloudFront; we do not store precise location or raw IP addresses for market selection.

11. Marketing communications

Where you ask to receive product news, availability notifications, commercial information or other marketing communications, we may use your contact information for those purposes in accordance with applicable law.

You may unsubscribe or object to further direct marketing at any time by using the unsubscribe option included in the communication or by contacting us.

We may retain a minimal suppression record after an opt-out so that we can respect your preference and avoid contacting you again for that marketing purpose.

12. Your data-protection rights

Subject to the conditions and limitations of applicable data-protection law, you may have the right to request access to your personal data; correct inaccurate information; request deletion; request restriction of processing; object to certain processing; receive eligible data in portable form; and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

You also have protections relating to decisions based solely on automated processing where those decisions produce legal or similarly significant effects.

To exercise your rights, contact:

info@trai-con.eu

We may need to verify your identity before responding to certain requests.

13. Automated decision-making

Auto-Dealer24 may use automation and artificial intelligence within product functionality, for example to assist with vehicle information, market analysis, advertisements or other dealership workflows.

Unless specifically communicated otherwise, we do not use personal data collected through this website to make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects for you.

14. Security

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures intended to protect personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss or destruction.

Access to personal data is limited according to operational need and applicable permissions.

No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security, and our security practices are reviewed and updated as our platform evolves.

15. Your right to complain

If you believe your personal data has been processed in violation of applicable data-protection law, you may contact us first so that we can investigate your concern.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority, particularly in the EU Member State where you normally live, where you work or where you believe an infringement occurred.

As Sofmar Traicon Ltd is established in Bulgaria, the Bulgarian data-protection authority is:

Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP) 2 Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov Blvd. 1592 Sofia Bulgaria

You may also contact your local EU supervisory authority where applicable.

16. Links and third-party services

Auto-Dealer24 may contain links to third-party websites, platforms or services.

Their privacy practices are governed by their own privacy notices, and Auto-Dealer24 is not responsible for the privacy practices of independent third parties.

Where third-party services are integrated directly into Auto-Dealer24 and process personal data on our behalf, we handle those relationships according to applicable data-protection requirements.

17. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as Auto-Dealer24 develops, additional country distributors are appointed, our service providers change or legal requirements evolve.

The current version will always be published on this page together with the date of the latest update.

Where a change materially affects how we process personal data, we will provide additional notice where appropriate.
